  • CT 108: Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0-Application Development Foundation (Available February 2008)
    This course provides an overview for developing applications that use system types and collections, implementing service processes, threading, application domains, implementing serialization, and input/output functionality.   • CT 109: Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0-Web-Based Client Development (Available March 2008)
    This course investigates creating and programming a Web application and integrating data in a Web application using ADO.NET, XML, and data-bound controls. Topics include creating custom Web controls; tracing, configuring, and deploying applications; customizing and personalizing Web applications; implementing authentication; and authorization and creation of ASP.NET mobile Web applications. This course will prepare you to take Microsoft Certification Exam 70-528.*

    This course explores how to create a UI for a Windows form application by using standard controls and integrating data in a Windows form application. Topics include implementing printing and reporting functionality in a Windows form application, enhancing usability, and implementing asynchronous programming techniques to improve the user experience, in addition to developing Windows form controls and configuring and deploying applications. This course will prepare you to take Microsoft Certification Exam 70-526.*

    This course prepares students to create and access XML Web services, configure and customize Web service applications, and deploy remoting applications. Topics include implementing asynchronous calls and remoting events, implementing Web services enhancements (WSE) 3.0, and creating and accessing a serviced component using message queuing. This course will prepare you to take Microsoft Certification Exam 70-529.*


  • Windows Vista Configuration Track
  • CT 104: Configuring Microsoft Windows Vista Client Operating System (Available April 2008)
    This course examines how to install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot the Microsoft Windows Vista operating system. Students will learn how to identify hardware requirements prior to installation, install and migrate processes, configure Windows Vista for optimum usage, and troubleshoot problems with the operating system. This course will prepare you to take Microsoft Certification Exam 70-620.*
