 Program Descriptions 

Business Management Certificate - The Business Management Certificate provides business professionals with the opportunity to enhance their knowledge of business theory as well as develop professional business skills within a specific area of interest. Choose from four specialization tracks: general management, marketing, corporate finance, or international business.

 

Certificate in Financial Planning - The Certificate in Financial Planning provides financial service professionals with the foundational knowledge and practical skills needed to expand their practice and/or pursue the CFP® designation.† Course topics include financial statement analysis, retirement, employee benefits, and investment strategies.

 

Executive Coaching Certificate - The Executive Coaching Certificate is designed to develop the foundational knowledge and practical skills needed to professionally coach and mentor management personnel and facilitate behavioral change and skill development.

 

Project Management Certificate - The Project Management Certificate provides students with the skills needed to set and achieve organizational goals, optimize resources, maximize return on investment, and utilize project management tools and techniques to facilitate organizational change. Choose from three tracks—business, construction, or information technology.

 

Risk Management Certificate - The Risk Management Certificate provides the educational foundation and skills needed to assess risk, evaluate solutions, create risk management systems, utilize enterprise risk management (ERM) techniques, and support risk transparency.

 

Six Sigma Certificate - The Six Sigma Certificate is a comprehensive program that offers the educational background and practical skills professionals need to manage, lead, or drive continuous process improvement throughout an organization using the DMAIC methodology: define, measure, analyze, improve, and control.

 

Lean Six Sigma Certificate - The Lean Six Sigma Certificate program is designed to incorporate Lean methodology into Six Sigma training and implementation. This approach combines the Lean Management principles aimed at the goal of waste reduction with the Six Sigma tools that lead to process improvement.
