Executive Business Management Certificate - The Executive Business Management Certificate provides business professionals with the opportunity to enhance their knowledge of business theory as well as develop professional business skills within a specific area of interest. Choose from four specialization tracks: general management, marketing, corporate finance, or international business.

 

Certificate in Financial Planning - The Certificate in Financial Planning provides financial service professionals with the foundational knowledge and practical skills needed to expand their practice and/or pursue the CFP® designation.† Course topics include financial statement analysis, retirement, employee benefits, and investment strategies.

 

Environmental Sustainability Certificate - This program is designed to offer a solid foundation in environmental sustainability with applications in business, project management, and Lean Six Sigma through training courses. Topics include the business of sustainability, environmental laws and regulations, working in the environmental sustainability industry, environmental sustainability project management, and environmental Lean Six Sigma.

 

Executive Coaching Certificate - The Executive Coaching Certificate is designed to develop the foundational knowledge and practical skills needed to professionally coach and mentor management personnel and facilitate behavioral change and skill development.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate - The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate online training program is designed to incorporate Lean methodology into Six Sigma D-M-A-I-C methodology. This approach combines the Lean principles aimed at the goal of waste reduction and defect prevention that will lead to process improvement. The Lean Six Sigma approach is focused on immediate improvement, using the power of Lean and Six Sigma process improvement tools.
